The Alternative Means team is supervised by a highly experienced care manager who is supported by a team of senior carers. Everyone at Alternative Means is committed to delivering the highest standards of care

. Our staff are required to work towards completing the recognised Qualifications and Credit Framework examinations in health and social care. To meet that commitment we organise extensive internal specialist training courses using external tutors and our senior staff. All staff hold an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service certificate.
